This document outlines the terms and conditions governing access to the Q360 API documentation. By requesting and receiving access to the API documentation, the recipient organization agrees to the following terms.
1. Scope of Access
- The API documentation is provided as-is for customer integration and development purposes.
- Access is granted exclusively to the requesting organization and its authorized employees and partners.
- The documentation may not be redistributed, shared with unauthorized third parties, or published publicly.
2. Support Limitations
Important: API support is not included with standard Q360 support agreements.
- Questions regarding API functionality, troubleshooting, or implementation assistance are considered out of scope for standard support.
- Self-service documentation is provided to assist with common integration scenarios.
- The support team may redirect API-related inquiries to this document or to paid support options.
3. Paid Support Options
For organizations requiring API implementation assistance, a separate professional services engagement may be available. Typical engagements include:
- Integration Consulting: Guidance on connecting Q360 to your systems
- Custom Development: Building tailored integrations for your workflow
- API Training: Technical training sessions for your development team

4. Compatibility & Versioning
- The API documentation is provided for the current Q360 version at the time of your request.
- Updates to the documentation are not guaranteed with future Q360 releases.
- The customer is responsible for testing API compatibility after any Q360 upgrades.
- System updates may result in breaking changes to the current API. Solutions360 does not guarantee backwards compatibility of any API version.
5. Confidentiality
- The API documentation contains proprietary information belonging to Solutions360.
- The recipient agrees not to share, publish, or redistribute these materials outside their organization without providing notice to Solutions360.
- The recipient agrees to notify Solutions360 of their intent to distribute and to inform Solutions360 of the name, company, and email address of the recipient they are sharing it with.
6. Acknowledgment
By submitting this form, the recipient acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
